We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. No worries, we’ve got your back.

At Herotime Store, your satisfaction matters as much as your favorite anime arc. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds:

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Only size exchanges or damaged item exchanges are allowed.

Not eligible for return:

  • Sale items, limited-edition drops, and freebies.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or tampered with.
  • Custom orders or accessories (e.g., socks, masks, stickers).

How to request a return/exchange:

  1. Email us at support@theherotimes@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the quick and easy process.
  3. Ship the item back to us — once received and approved, we’ll send your replacement or store credit.

💸 Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds.
But don’t worry — if something went wrong on our end (damaged item, wrong product), we’ll issue:

  • Free exchange, or
  • Store credit, valid for future purchases.

Refunds will only be given in rare cases where:

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged.
  • The order was cancelled before it was shipped.

⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind

  • We don’t offer reverse pickups (yet). You’ll need to send the item back to us at your cost.
  • Herotime reserves the right to reject any return if the item doesn’t meet our conditions.
  • Refunds, when approved, may take 5–7 working days to reflect.
